Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead critical M&A integration efforts, onboarding newly acquired sites, and integrating them into the network and application ecosystem. The role focuses on driving on-site execution, coordinating with vendors for site surveys and wiring, and stabilizing stalled project tracks to ensure rapid operational readiness.

Responsibilities

Join Our Team as an Infrastructure Project Manager – M&A Integration Expert

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a flair for orchestrating complex IT infrastructure integrations? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at turning stalled efforts into successful project launches? If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to lead critical M&A infrastructure integrations during a period of rapid acquisition activity. This pivotal role is instrumental in ensuring newly acquired sites are seamlessly onboarded, fully integrated into our network and application ecosystem, and positioned for operational success.


What You Will Do


  • Lead M&A Integration Efforts: Manage end-to-end the onboarding of new sites, navigating dynamic and evolving timelines common in M&A activities.

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors responsible for site surveys and wiring, ensuring all work aligns with internal standards and deadlines.

  • Project Stabilization: Take ownership of existing project tracks, providing clarity and driving progress where previous efforts have paused or stalled.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with IT and business leaders to ensure smooth site operations during transitions and integrations.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Proven success in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably within M&A or organizational change contexts.

  • Strong change management capabilities, comfortable with shifting deadlines and priorities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders—including those in rugged industrial environments.

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder).

  • Ability to travel to various project sites as needed.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience


  • Experience in the Waste Management industry or industrial site environments.

  • Familiarity with infrastructure wiring, site surveys, or related technical expertise.


Preferred Education & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Several years of project management experience in infrastructure or M&A-related projects.


Other Requirements


  • Location preference for candidates in the Northeast region (CT, MA, NH, ME, VT, PA, NY, MD, DE).

  • Fully willing and able to travel for site visits and project deliverables.

  • Target rate of up to $120/hour.


Selection Process

The selection process will include an initial video interview, followed by approximately two additional rounds with IT and business leadership.
