Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA plus 2+ years of work exp can substitute for 4+ years.
• 4+ years in mergers and acquisitions or service delivery.
• 4+ years leading workstreams in M&A finance projects.
• 3+ years in finance/accounting within M&A contexts.
• Ability to travel ~50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Preferred MBA/CPA/CFA or other advanced degree.
• Experience in a professional services firm is a plus.
• Experience presenting to executives using PowerPoint and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Support finance workstreams across M&A engagements from Day 1 to close.
• Analyze finance, accounting, and treasury processes for risks and improvements.
• Develop workplans, track deliverables, and coordinate stakeholders.
• Prepare analyses and client-ready presentations for close and forecasting.
• Assist engagement teams in evaluating options and communicating findings.
