Job summary

Langan is seeking a Project Environmental/Transaction Advisory Professional to join its national practice. You will support site exploration, EHS due diligence for M&A, and remediation work across a diverse project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Science, or Sustainability
• 5+ years of environmental consulting experience
• Experience within the M&A environmental due diligence
• Strong report writing skills
• Strong attention to detail with analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to travel periodically

Responsibilities

• Field work is required
• Conduct EHS due Diligence and deal support for various clients
• Assist with coordinating field investigations and logging borings
• Perform air, soil, groundwater sampling and remediation
• Prepare logs, field forms, and documentation of investigations
• Observe remediation activities and ensure conformance with plans
• Assist with report preparation and client communication
