Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm seeking an Associate in Global Transaction Analytics to join our team in Chicago. You will support due diligence, analytics, and advisory work across buy-side and sell-side engagements, leveraging data-driven insights to inform deal decisions.

You will work with skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment, contributing to pre- and post-deal analyses, helping clients optimize earnings, cash flow, and operational performance.

Formación

• 2+ years in data analytics or transaction services.
• Buy-side/vendor due diligence experience preferred.
• Understanding of M&A / PE investment lifecycle preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau; big data and ML concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with multiple client engagements on analytics projects.
• Extract insights from data sets using various tools and techniques.
• Facilitate day-to-day client interaction and relationships.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to deliver clear findings.
• Mentor junior team members and build technical acumen.
