Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school required.
• Admission to the state bar of the applicable office location.
• 3–5 years of meaningful corporate transactional experience at a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactional matters.
• Manage transactions and perform due diligence.
• Assist with managing client relationships.
