Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Admission to the State Bar in the office location you are applying for.
• 3–5 years of meaningful law-firm experience in mergers and acquisitions and related corporate matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactional matters.
• Manage transactions and conduct due diligence.
• Assist with managing client relationships.
