This role shapes growth priorities and capital allocation for a global client base in a sustainable waste management environment.

Qualifications

• M&A pipeline development and target evaluation experience.
• Ability to conduct industry, market, customer and competitor research.
• Develop target profiles, valuation ranges and risk assessments.
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence and deal execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transaction execution from LOI through closing.
• Prepare investment memos, business cases and leadership materials.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, HR and IT on diligence.
