Job summary

Farther is seeking a hands-on M&A professional to support end-to-end processes from target identification to integration. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to refine acquisition go-to-market strategies and perform rigorous financial modeling and valuation analyses.

You will conduct due diligence, synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, and assist in negotiating deal terms under senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Solid understanding of finance principles and deal construction.
• Proven track record in executing M&A transactions.
• Excellence in relationship building and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate persuasively and discuss economics with potential sellers.
• Resilient and results-oriented approach.
