Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and MN bar admission.
• 3+ years of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, or related experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of corporate documents, contracts, agreements, and memos.
• Contribute to due diligence for corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and franchise agreements.
• Conduct legal research on corporate and franchise law issues to support strategies and regulatory compliance.
• Stay abreast of changes in corporate and franchise laws and regulations.
• Assist in organizing, maintaining, and managing legal documents related to corporate transactions and franchise agreements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of legal documentation.
