Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a high-performing corporate associate to join our growing transactional team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of hands-on experience in complex corporate deal work within a large law firm environment.

You will execute sophisticated transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, manage financings and other strategic business deals, and conduct thorough legal research while drafting comprehensive legal documents.
