• Conduct legal research on corporate and franchise law issues to support strategies and compliance.
• Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting corporate matters.
• Organize, maintain, and manage legal documents for corporate transactions and franchise agreements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of legal documentation.
