Job summary

Stinson LLP in Denver is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate with two to four years of experience to join our growing Corporate Finance Division.

You will work on a broad range of transactional matters for sophisticated national clients, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and governance matters, with emphasis on clear writing, analysis, and communication. Qualified applicants should have strong academics and be eligible for Minnesota admission.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials and writing ability.
• 2–4 years of experience leading, managing, or contributing to M&A or private equity transactions.
• Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Work on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets transactions.
• Assist with governance matters, Forms 10-K/10-Q/8-K filings, and proxy statements.
• Develop written analyses and client-ready documentation for sophisticated national clients.
