This role involves working on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets transactions for sophisticated national clients, with opportunities to lead and manage deal teams and contribute to governance and reporting matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead or substantially contribute to mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, and/or capital markets transactions.

• Support and collaborate with the corporate finance team on dynamic, fast-paced transactions.
