Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support capital markets transactions including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, refinancings, and add-on M&A financings.
• Manage multiple projects and transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop lender lists and curate marketing materials and financial models.
• Coordinate with deal teams and communicate with clients and lenders.
