Success Matcher Recruitment, in partnership with a top-tier law firm, seeks a skilled M&A attorney to lead buy-side and sell-side transactions and provide strategic counsel. You’ll work on headline deals, gaining real ownership and client exposure from day one.

You will collaborate with partners and clients, handling complex corporate issues while benefiting from structured mentorship, advancement frameworks, and long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of M&A experience at a top-tier law firm (AmLaw preferred).
• Strong experience with domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Active bar admission (or ability to waive in).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and agreements.
• Advise on acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alliances.
• Collaborate directly with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Navigate complex corporate and structural issues in high-stakes deals.
