Experience in strategic transactions (including mergers, acquisitions, investments and joint ventures), governance, and leading due diligence teams is required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in corporate law, with M&A and general corporate matters.
• Expertise in strategic transactions including mergers, acquisitions, investments and joint ventures.
• Experience leading due diligence teams, managing specialists and drafting transaction documents.
• Excellent writing skills, superior academics, and ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
