Top 100 AmLaw firm is seeking an associate to join its Corporate practice in the United States. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in corporate law, with strong focus on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Candidates with expertise in strategic transactions (including mergers, acquisitions, investments and joint ventures), governance experience, and the ability to lead due diligence teams, manage specialists, and draft transaction documents will excel.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of corporate law experience with focus on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters.
• Expertise in strategic transactions including mergers, acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures.
• Experience leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting transactional documents.
• Excellent writing skills, superior academics, and ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
