5 Legal, a leading AmLaw firm, is seeking an associate to join its Corporate practice group in any of its U.S. offices.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–6 years of corporate law experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Candidates with expertise in strategic transactions (including mergers, investments and joint ventures), plus proven experience leading due diligence teams, managing specialists and drafting transaction documents, will excel.
