Job summary

Candidates should have 2+ years of M&A or transactional experience, with strong drafting and negotiation skills and admission to the New York Bar or eligibility to waive in.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of M&A or transactional experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements.
• Strong analytical and drafting abilities.
• Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility to waive in is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent public and private companies, private equity sponsors and strategic investors in M&A transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and merger agreements and related documents.
• Manage transaction processes from structuring through signing and closing.
• Coordinate with advisors across tax, antitrust, employment, IP, and regulatory matters.
• Advise on transaction structuring, governance, risk allocation, and post-closing matters.
