A secondary role of the Associate will be to provide support to the Operating Asset Division with respect to our existing assets, including business planning, project analysis (capital investment, new business lines / geographies) and strategy.The M&A team is directly involved across the breadth of operations of the Trafigura group of companies and responsible for investments related to oil and gas, metals and minerals, renewables, power and carbon (in each case, production, processing / refining, trading and distribution); as well as energy and transport infrastructure (including terminals, pipelines, rail and shipping).The Operating Asset Division is responsible for creating value from existing and new Assets, in service of the Trading Divisions.
