Ethos seeks experienced M&A investment banking analysts to help train their AI on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slide decks across storylines, executive summaries, and deck structure, drawing on 2+ years at top firms.

This role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week, start ASAP, compensation $100 per hour. Ideal candidates have expert PowerPoint skills, strong written communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an Investment Banking Analyst at a top firm (bulge bracket or elite boutique).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across workflows (storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring).
• Ensure client-ready deck production with data-driven exhibits and logical flow.
