Job summary

Kroll’s Global Mergers & Acquisitions Team seeks motivated students and graduates to join our M&A Group as new joiners. You will gain hands-on experience across sellside, buyside, and capital-raising transactions in a collaborative, high-exposure environment.

Responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence, and drafting materials for client engagements while developing advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills in a fast-paced setting at Kroll.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Management with related coursework (Accounting/Economics/Finance).
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027.
• Major GPA of 3.2.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple engagements in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented thinker able to evaluate financial information quickly.
• Excellent quantitative, writing and communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• FINRA Series 79, 63 & 7 certification (either current or able to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support senior management and exposure to clients, boards, and stakeholders across all transaction advisory phases.
• Support financial modeling and analytics for M&A and restructuring deals.
• Draft situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, and term sheets.
• Perform company, industry, market and due diligence research.
• Contribute to proposals and client communications.
• Ensure high quality deliverables with strong attention to detail.
• Maintain data room and coordinate management meetings with deal teams.
