Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Management with relevant accounting/economics/finance courses.
Expected graduation between December 2026 and July 2027.
Major GPA around 3.2 with strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple engagements in a team setting.
Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; able to interact with senior professionals.

Responsibilities

Support senior management and exposure to clients and stakeholders through all deal phases.
Assist in financial modeling and analytics for M&A, restructuring, and special situations.
Draft analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, and term sheets.
Conduct company, industry, market and competitor research and due diligence.
Contribute to proposals and client advice and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Maintain data room and coordinate management meetings with buyers/sellers.
