Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1+ year of investment banking or related finance experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and MS Excel proficiency required.
• Experience with valuation, due diligence, or market research is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A, restructuring, financing, and other advisory transactions through deal closing.
• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction-related analyses.
• Analyze financial statements and transaction data for diligence.
• Conduct company, industry, and market research for strategy and analysis.
• Prepare analyses, materials, and presentations for senior bankers and clients.
• Coordinate transaction activities with senior team and external stakeholders.
