Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field is required.
• MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of investment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, corporate development, private equity, or transaction services experience is required.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling is required.
• Experience performing DCF, LBO, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses is preferred.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Execution: Support mergers and acquisitions by managing due diligence, coordinating deal timelines, and assisting with transaction execution from start to finish.
• Financial Analysis: Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials (DCF, comps, precedent transactions, LBO).
• Client Deliverables: Prepare confidential information memoranda, presentations, pitch materials, and other client-facing documents.
• Research & Market Analysis: Conduct industry, company, and market research to support engagements and business development.
• Deal Coordination: Collaborate with senior bankers, clients, legal advisors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient deal execution.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
