Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a highly respected university.
• Coursework in accounting and finance.
• GPA greater than 3.0.
• Willingness to work long hours.
• Previous corporate finance, accounting, valuation, or investment banking experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Create financial and valuation models.
• Perform research on industries, products, geographic regions, potential buyers, etc.
• Prepare offering materials, including confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and other presentations.
• Prepare marketing pitches.
• Help support the execution of M&A transactions, including buyer list generation, information gathering and analysis, data room organization, preparation of client discussion materials, helping to address buyer questions, etc.
• Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients and professional advisors.
