Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills including building integrated models and interpreting statements.
• Experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or related fields with knowledge of M&A, capital raising, and deal structuring.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to create clear transaction materials for stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize industry, market and company data into concise insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to present concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist deal execution by building and analyzing financial models and valuation analyses.
• Develop client-facing materials such as pitch books, management presentations, and information memoranda.
• Support due diligence by coordinating data requests and tracking transaction workstreams.
• Collaborate with senior bankers, clients and advisors and contribute to business development initiatives.
