Analysts work closely with senior bankers across all stages of a transaction, gaining exposure to multiple industries, while managing deal flow and contributing to client materials and diligence

• Proficient in financial modeling and company valuations.
• Experience leading or participating in client meetings.
• Conducting industry and company due diligence.
