Job summary

Vero Fiber seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting and financial integration of newly acquired businesses while supporting the continued development of our finance organization.

This role combines technical accounting, mergers and acquisitions, financial systems, and operational leadership. You will partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful financial integrations and scalable processes for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions and financial integrations.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 805.
• Experience in multi-entity organizations with internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&A workstream from close through full financial integration.
• Travel to acquired locations to lead accounting integrations on-site.
• Standardize accounting policies, procedures, and financial reporting across acquired entities.
• Coordinate post‑acquisition integration activities with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop integration plans, milestones, and accounting transition steps.
• Support month-end close and consolidated reporting across entities.
