Job summary

Argonaut Manufacturing Services Inc. in Carlsbad, CA seeks a hands-on technician for bulk formulation and sterile filling of liquid injectables under cGMP. Role is on-site, Monday–Friday, 8 hours, with potential overtime and flexible start times.

Requires 1–2 years experience with a high school diploma; a related Bachelor's is preferred. Responsibilities include preparing materials, documenting steps, assisting senior staff, and supporting inspection readiness and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Time management and multi-tasking are essential.
• Effective cross-functional communication within the department.
• Experience in a cGMP contract manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine manufacturing tasks under SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Prepare material components for manufacturing operations.
• Document steps in production batch records and logbooks.
• Participate in inspection readiness activities.
• Perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintain cleanliness of areas and equipment.
• Assist senior personnel in bulk drug formulation and sterile filling under ISO 7 conditions.
• Assist with sterile filtration activities.
• Assist with sterile filling of multiple solutions using automated equipment.
• Collect and dispose lab wastes per procedures.
• Collaborate in continuous improvement activities.
