Qualifications

• Ability to drive student growth and achievement in a warm, inclusive learning environment.
• Passion for education and commitment to ongoing professional learning.
• 5+ years of full-time teaching or leadership experience in a K-12 school (preferred).
• Experience coaching or managing others within an educational setting.
• Computer literacy and baseline familiarity with Google Suite.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Criminal background checks cleared.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership by coaching and developing teachers through observation, modeling, and data analysis.
• Support teachers with classroom management, culture, and discipline.
• Plan and lead professional development initiatives.
• Develop content and manage logistics for school-wide assessments.
• Analyze student achievement data to inform instructional recommendations.
• Supervise teachers and participate in performance evaluations.
