• Demonstrated ability to drive student growth and achievement
• Experience coaching/managing others
• Computer literacy and baseline familiarity with Google Suite
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Responsibilities

• Providing instructional leadership by coaching and developing teachers through observation, modeling, analyzing data, co-planning, and co-teaching
• Planning and leading professional development
• Developing and managing content for school-wide assessments and data-driven instruction
• Collecting and analyzing student achievement data to inform instruction
• Formally supervising teachers with performance evaluations
• Enforcing accountability systems in collaboration with Human Resources
• Recruiting, hiring, and terminating staff as needed
• Building strong relationships with families and community stakeholders
• Supporting school-wide priorities and day-to-day operations
