Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. seeks a PCA/Personal Care Assistant to support elderly and disabled clients in their own homes in Lynn and surrounding areas. Flexible self-determined schedules and comprehensive training are provided.

You will assist with daily living, light housekeeping, meals, and companionship, with a focus on safety and compassion. No prior experience is required; training will be offered to the right candidate who has kindness and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Willingness to be trained for caregiver duties.
• Respectful and compassionate approach to clients.
• Good time management and reliable communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Shop for groceries and run errands for clients.
• Offer companionship and report unusual incidents.
• Be alert and respond quickly in emergencies.

Join our team and help take care of Elderly and Disabled individuals in the comfort of their own homes! At Guardian Angel Senior Services you will have the opportunity to work as a Companion or as a Personal Care Provider. No experience necessary, we will train the right candidate with the correct mindset and compassion! Candidates will have flexible self-determined schedule options based on the clients available.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal hygiene and getting dressed
• Performing general cleaning duties
• Assisting with eating
• Assist with shopping errands.
• Medication Reminders
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the home
• Shopping for groceries and household supplies
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Cleaning rooms, halls, and bathrooms
• Emptying and replacing trash containers
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report any unusual incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencies.
