Guardian Angel Senior Services in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate PCA/Personal Care Assistant/Companion to help elderly and disabled individuals in their homes across Lynn, Peabody, Middleton, Saugus, Salem and surrounding areas.

Flexible scheduling, no experience required as training is provided, and opportunities to work as a Companion or Personal Care Provider. Candidates will have self-determined schedule options based on client needs and availability.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, read, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal hygiene and getting dressed
• Performing general cleaning duties
• Assisting with eating
• Assist with shopping errands.
• Medication Reminders
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the home
• Shopping for groceries and household supplies
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Cleaning rooms, halls, and bathrooms
• Emptying and replacing trash containers
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report any unusual incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencies.
