Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and CNAs to support seniors in Danvers, Peabody, Middleton, Salem, Saugus and surrounding areas. We offer flexible scheduling, training and opportunities for growth.

No experience? Training is provided for candidates with a caring attitude and desire to help others. Full-time and part-time opportunities with travel pay and benefits are available.

Qualifikationen

• Compassionate, dependable caregiver with ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English fluently.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a caregiver, you'll help clients with everyday activities while providing comfort, support, and companionship.

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
• Provide medication reminders
• Help with meal planning and preparation
• Assist with eating when needed
• Perform light housekeeping, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Assist with grocery shopping and everyday errands
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Report unusual incidents or changes in a client's condition
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow agency procedures
