Job summary

Qualifications

• One year clinical lymphedema physical therapy experience required with CLT/LANA or equivalent certification.
• California PT licensure and BLS required.
• LANA or equivalent certification from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Performs a physical therapy patient examination.
• Evaluates findings to determine PT diagnosis/outcomes.
• Designs a physical therapy plan of care and discharge planning.
• Performs PT interventions and documents care.
• Educates patients and staff using effective teaching methods.
• Adheres to company policies and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborates with support personnel and maintains patient safety.
