Westminster Communities of Bradenton is seeking a Physical or Occupational Therapist (Lymphedema certified) for a PRN, on-site role. You will assess residents, plan care, provide direct treatment, and collaborate with the clinical team to support rehab services in our Health Center.

Ideal candidates hold FL licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist and have 1–2 years in long-term care; Lymphedema certification is a plus. Schedule: On-call/PRN with occasional evenings or weekends.

Competenze

• Current FL licensure as Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• 1–2 years of experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Lymphedema certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Evaluate and treat physical conditions (Lymphedema) to restore function and mobility.
• Conduct assessments to determine therapy needs and provide treatments.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the system.
• Perform Resident Home Assessments as part of discharge process.
• Screen residents upon admission and during annual reviews to determine therapy needs.
