Service Pros Installation Group, INC is seeking experienced Subcontractor LVP Flooring Installation Crews to partner with. You’ll manage your installation crew, supervise projects, and deliver LVP installations including floating, click-lock, and glue-down methods.

We provide company-managed scheduling, weekly direct deposits, and long-term partnership opportunities. You control your business, while we handle project coordination and ensure timely, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid Workers' Compensation Insurance and General Liability Insurance.
• Own professional flooring installation tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise your installation crew.
• Complete assigned LVP projects on time and to company standards.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Install LVP flooring (floating, click-lock, glue-down).
• Prepare subfloors and address minor floor prep as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
