Candidates must understand floor tolerance, be able to flatten subfloors, and perform necessary patchwork to achieve flawless installations. We are looking for professionals who are detail‑oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized job site. Locations are in North Olmsted, Medina, and Akron. Installers will be required to travel in and around these areas.

Pay Structure

Subcontractor position paid by piece work (rate varies by project type and scope).

Responsibilities

• Install LVP flooring using both glue‑down and click‑together methods.
• Assess and correct floor tolerance issues prior to installation.
• Flatten subfloors and complete necessary patchwork for smooth installation.
• Perform precise layouts and cuts to ensure clean, professional results.
• Maintain daily and final cleanup of the job site to company standards.
• Ensure safe, organized, and efficient work practices at all times.
