Qualifications
- Proven experience installing Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Valid Workers' Compensation Insurance.
- Valid General Liability Insurance.
- Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred).
- Own professional flooring installation tools and equipment.
- Ability to manage and coordinate installation crews.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise your installation crew.
- Complete assigned LVP projects on time and to company standards.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Install LVP flooring (floating, click-lock, glue-down).
- Prepare subfloors and address minor preparation requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
