Job summary

Sequoia Living in California is seeking a responsible LVN Wellness Supervisor to oversee CNA staff and ensure high-quality care for independent, assisted living, and memory care residents. The role includes direct and indirect resident care, documentation, and coordination with physicians and families.

Qualified candidates will have a California LVN license, 2–5 years of nursing supervision, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed LVN in California with active state license.
• 2–5 years nursing experience including supervisory responsibility, preferably in geriatrics.
• Ability to supervise up to 10 CNAs and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises CNAs and ensures daily resident care per policies.
• Participates in hiring, orientation, training and performance management of staff.
• Maintains nursing policies, safety and proper documentation of health records.
