Job summary

Mesa Hills Post Acute is seeking a qualified LPN/LVN to oversee daily nursing operations at our Texas facility. You will supervise nursing assistants, ensure adherence to policies, and maintain high standards of resident care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN/LVN license to practice in the state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and supervise staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures by nursing personnel.
• Maintain and review Nursing Service Procedures Manual and discharge plans.
• Lead planning meetings for shifts, services, and resident programs.
• Complete documentation and charting accurately and timely.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and facility surveys.
