Job summary

Mesquite Village Wellness & Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care under physician orders and center policies. You will coordinate care delivery and monitor patients across programs, while ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines.

The role requires current LPN/LVN licensure in Texas and prefers at least one year in nursing management.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the state.
• At least 1 year of nursing management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing personnel to deliver nursing care in accordance with standards.
• Coordinates care delivery under physician orders, center policies, and local guidelines.
• Applies the Quality Life Practice Guide for patient placement and monitoring.
• Notifies other departments of patient changes (room changes, LOA, new admits, discharge).
• Conducts family and patient education.
• Locates and uses emergency equipment when necessary.
