The Springs Post-Acute in Norwalk, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support the Nursing Service Department under RN supervision. The LVN will supervise day-to-day activities, monitor residents, administer medications, and participate in care planning to ensure quality resident care.

Requirements include LVN/LPN licensure in California, English proficiency, and at least 1 year of Treatment Nurse experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

• Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state the facility operates.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must have ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Must work harmoniously with staff, residents, families and public.
• At least 1 year of Treatment Nurse experience.

Mansioni

• Assist RNs in giving patient care and day-to-day Nursing Service operations.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' health status.
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
• Notify RN or provider of significant changes or concerns.
• Document medications and responses; ensure proper dosage and route.
• Coordinate with CNAs and other staff to implement care plans.
• Participate in care planning meetings and resident care plan development.
