Job summary

Senior Resource Group in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a part-time evening/weekend position. The role involves supervising staff, administering medications, and delivering compassionate resident care under physician orders.

Shifts are Saturdays and Sundays evenings (2:00 PM–10:30 PM). Competitive hourly pay, paid training, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and other benefits are offered to support your success on and off the job.

Qualifications

• Current LVN license.
• Minimum one year of experience in health, human services and/or community services.
• Strong interpersonal relations skills and leadership ability.

Job Description

Our community setting is a relaxing change from a hectic hospital. Here at SRG you have a chance to get to know your patients; our residents count on the LVN to provide compassionate care. You will provide residents with nursing services in accordance with physician’s orders. The LVN is responsible for the administration of medications and treatments.

• Supervise and direct resident assistants.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high degree of interpersonal relations skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities. Initiative, judgment, and leadership skillsalsorequired.
