Job summary

All Saints Sub Acute & Skilled Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our night shift nursing team on a full-time basis.

Provide direct care, administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with the medical team while upholding high standards of resident safety and well-being. Must hold a California LVN license and enjoy a supportive, team-based environment with ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• California LVN license currently valid.
• Experience in skilled nursing or subacute care preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Commitment to high standards of care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes promptly.
• Document nursing care, treatments, and observations accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and the health care team.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies during overnight hours.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and regulations.
