All Saints Sub Acute & Skilled Nursing Center is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time NOC shift. The role focuses on delivering resident-centered care, administering medications, and monitoring health status within a supportive nursing team.

Qualified candidates possess a California LVN license and have experience in skilled nursing or subacute care, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Formación

• Must have current California LVN license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or subacute care preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work night shifts on NOC schedule.
• Team-oriented and compassionate approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes promptly.
• Document nursing care, treatments, and observations accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and other health team members.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies during overnight hours.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and regulations.
