OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Staffing Coordinator (LVN) to ensure proper shift coverage within our nursing facility. You will rotate staff, maintain staffing reports, and work closely with HR to support staffing needs.

The role requires LVN licensure, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to reliable payroll coordination and staff scheduling. Full-time, on-site in Texas, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensed LVN (Licensed Vocned Practical Nurse) required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Set schedules to ensure each shift is covered in the facility.
• Rotate internal staff to provide quality care.
• Maintain daily staffing reports and logs; coordinate with HR.
• Monitor overtime and attendance; verify payroll as needed.
• Provide facility tours to newly hired employees and assist with onboarding.
• Maintain rotating staff schedules and secure coverage for vacancies.
• Collaborate with payroll for payroll accuracy.
