St. Jude Neighborhood Health Centers is seeking a part-time bilingual (Spanish/English) LVN for our La Amistad Clinic in Anaheim, CA. The role focuses on exemplar patient care in a non-hospital setting.

Compensation ranges from $25 to $33 per hour, based on experience, with a 16-hour work week. Requires CA LVN license and BLS; prior LVN experience preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Licensed Vocational Nursing Program.
• Valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse license.
• Provider level basic life support (BLS) from an AHA-approved program.
• 1–2 years LVN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide population health management under supervision of RN or licensed provider.
• Perform clinical duties within scope of practice: immunizations, vital signs, hearing/vision screening, medication dispensing.

St. Jude Neighborhood Health Centers (affiliated with Providence St. Joseph Health) is seeking a part-time bilingual (Spanish/English) LVN to provide exemplar patient care at our La Amistad Clinic, in Anaheim, California.

$25 - $33/hour, based upon experience

16-hour work week

Requirements

Essential Functions

Using clinical best practices and disease registries provide population health management. Additionally, as needed, under the direction of a Registered Nurse or licensed medical provider, perform clinical functions within the scope of practice, including, but not limited to: immunizations, performance of vital signs, hearing and vision screening, and medication dispensing.

Education

Graduate of a Licensed Vocational Nursing Program.

License/ Certifications

Valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse license.

Provider level basic life support (BLS) from AHA approved program.

Experience

One-Two (1-2) years of LVN experience preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Demonstrate a commitment and passion for working with underserved patient populations.

Demonstrates the ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently
