Starting salary is between $63,500.44 and $104,109.10, with a potential range up to $134,784.25, plus retirement benefits. The anticipated start is Spring 2027; assignment may include online teaching.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse in California with a Master’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s program with at least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Must complete the BVNPT‑approved courses: online adult learner’s course, approved curriculum, and approved leadership/administration course.
• Submit online application with cover letter, current resume, and college transcripts.

Responsibilities

• Meet classes/laboratories as scheduled and develop instruction per course outlines.
• Deliver online or hybrid content with regular student contact and timely feedback.
• Participate in governance, curriculum review, program review, and staffing processes.
